Black Diamonds iconic ski mountaineer pack, the Revelation, meets the needs of climbers, mountaineers and skiers with its clean, organized design. Built in AvaLung as standard.

The Revelation has plenty of space to store your gear with dedicated pockets for your goggles, ice tools and avalanche safety equipment. If you're a climber you might find the helmet sling comes in useful, but if you have no need for head gear the sling neatly tucks away. There's also a crampon patch.

If you're out all day the insulated hydration sleeve will prevent your water from freezing and if you need to carry your skis there's an A-Frame ski carry system. The Revolution also features sled attachments for when you're deep in the mountains.

The AvaLung system increases post-avalanche survival time from 15 minutes average survival time with no Avalung to 58 minutes fresh air supply with Avalung. The average rescue time with an avalanche transceiver is 20 minutes.

Oxygen is pulled from the snowpack through a bivalve intake whilst carbon dioxide is expelled via and exhaust port at the bottom of the pack.

The mouth piece is mounted on the shoulder for easy access, but should always be kept in the mouth when in particularly risky terrain.
