Shipping and Deliveries

Our shipping company is FedEx starting from the 19th October 2009

All orders placed before 1pm are guaranteed next day delivery Monday to Friday in the UK

NB: Friday orders will arrive on Monday unless you contact us and we can guarantee delivery on the Saturday but this will be subject to a surcharge. Please contact us info@snowsafe.co.uk or call 0845 126 1200

Orders to Europe will be 3 to 5 days although again we can do next day - please contact us

For Worldwide destinations: please contact us and we will advise of the postage cost

Please note shipping to Europe and the rest of the World including the USA and Japan will be subject to extra costs.

As these vary depending on what you have purchased we will email you the extra cost incurred.

Returns

We have a "no questions" returns policy . in other words for whatever reason you do not require or want the product you have ordered , paid for and received you can return it to us and upon receipt we will refund you immediately
