Our customer service is available for all questions, orders, shipping and returns queries by telephone from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. We also have an out of hours messaging service which we check and will get back to you as soon as possible.
Other mediums are online chat and email which we endeavour to reply to you as soon as possible.
Contract of Sale and Payment Types
The prices on the website on our Product Pages include VAT ( if you are in the UK or an EC country ) otherwise they are exempt of VAT. They exclude Shipping Costs.
These are stated on the website. see shipping page. These costs are shown within the order process depending on your shipping destination and which products you purchase. Shipping costs in the UK are 5.00 for all products (except airbag canisters ) and except to certain postcodes north of Glasgow, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
Delivery Conditions and Receipt of Delivery
If, however, we are unable to supply an item, we will inform you of the delay and the expected delivery date. Occasionally we may find ourselves having to cancel and withdraw an item. In these circumstances, we will inform you immediately.
Cancellation/Returns and Refunds
We run a no questions asked returns Policy whereby if you are not happy with the product(s) that you have purchased we will refund your payment upon receipt of the unused goods. As long as the products are sent back to us unused and in the same condition that we sent them to you.
Should the products be damaged in transit, please advise us and we can take it up with the shipping company. Please advise us immediately by telephone.
Each product has different warranties from different brands. Please check this on the website or on the Product information. If the product becomes faulty in use, please send it back to us and we will either get it replaced or we will send you a new replacement product.
From time to time we have product recalls from the manufacturers. In these cases, we will contact you and pay your shipping costs back to us and send you a replacement product.
