UK Zone A — England, Wales and Southern Scotland delivery will be charged at £6 Except for ABS, Mammut or Canister Orders for which there is a charge of £15. Returns

Unwanted goods

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the products you buy from snowsafe then we will refund you. We ask that all goods are returned unused within there original packaging, all tags and labels, and in sellable condition, You MUST return within 30 days of purchase.

Faulty Goods

In the event of any product being found to be faulty within 30 days of receipt, we will replace with a new item or refund your money.

Return Postage

You are responsible for the return postage costs for unwanted items. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or the item is faulty then we’ll cover the costs.
