Get your delivery first time by sharing your delivery preferences with us. We even know when to come back if we’ve missed you the first time!

Arrange delivery to your local DPD Pickup shop

Is it more convenient for you to collect your parcel from one of our 2,500 DPD Pickup shops located throughout the UK?

If yes, why not use the app to select your nearest shop or maybe a shop on the way to work. We’ll even give you the directions, opening times, in fact, everything you need for a convenient pickup!

We’ll let you know when we’re 30 minutes away

We don’t want you to wait in all day for your delivery so we’ll make sure you can see where you are in our driver’s schedule and we’ll let you know when we’re just 30 minutes away.

Share your safe place

If you’re going to be out and you have a safe place where we can leave your parcels then why not set it up on our app? Just upload your safe place picture and we’ll follow your instructions every time.

If we missed you, we’ll come back

It’s not often you get a second chance but with our app, if we missed you the first time, we’ll try to come back again, if we can see you’re in*.

Don’t miss your delivery when you’re on the school run

If you’ve got children then we can avoid delivering to you during the school run.

Use the app to let us know and we’ll try to deliver between 9.30am and 2.30pm so you can be sure you’re always in to receive your parcels
