The TÜV-certified Scott Backcountry Patrol E1 30 kit is the ultimate avalanche pack and features the new electrical Alpride E1 airbag system. The supercapacitor technology and exceptional design make the Alpride E1 system one of the lightest electronic airbag systems on the market.

The system solves the battery-related limitations and can be recharged over 500’000 times in its life span. The Alpride E1 System performs in temperatures from -30 to +50 degrees.

Scott has set new standards in reliability and elevates safety whilst skiing or snowboarding.

Easily remove the Alpride E1 Electrical airbag system from the 30-litre pack and transfer it to an Alpride Superlight 24 or Alpride 40 Litre pack.

The Fit:

The Scott backcountry Patrol E1 30 backpack offers an optimal body-hugging fit, made of robust material this avy backpack will not snag or rip when skiing through the alpine trees, the shoulder straps and hip belt have been ergonomically designed to distribute the weight in order to carry a comfortable load.

A leg loop has been attached to this pack in order to stop your pack from rising in the case of an avalanche.

30 Litres of usable volume allows you to store your Ski Accessories such as spare layers, Snoods, lunch, gadgets such as an inclinometer and more. Access to the Main compartment via the front.

To determine your back length, use a tape measure to measure yourself from the top of your hip bone to the very top of your back just before the neck.
